End-to-end rebrand for a fast-growing parcel delivery startup.

QParcel came to me with a brand that had outgrown itself. Founded in 2019 as a regional carrier, they’d expanded to five countries but still looked like a local startup.

The brief: make QParcel feel like a trusted European logistics player without losing the energy and directness that made them successful in the first place.

The Approach

We started with positioning before touching any visual. What did QParcel actually stand for? Talking to their team and customers, two things kept coming up: speed and honesty. They ship fast and they tell you exactly what’s happening with your parcel.

That became the brand premise: Straight lines, delivered.

Visual Direction

The identity leans on bold geometric forms — a wordmark built from near-perfect rectangles, a custom icon mark that doubles as a route and a parcel — and a palette that’s confident without being aggressive.

The yellow came from the original brand. We kept it, sharpened it, made it the single accent against a clean near-white and a deep graphite.
